WORKSHOP OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT

Health plays pivotal role in our life. To create an awareness of health safety among the students as well as the teachers, Manava Bharati India International School, organized a workshop based on basic life support at 10a.m in the school premises on 29th August, 2019. Dr. Ranajit Chatterjee, Chief Medical Officer and Incharge of Intensive Care and Accident & Emergency of Swami Dayanand Hospital, EDMC, Delhi conducted the workshop along with Dr. Rumpa Chatterjee, professor of GTB hospital and Dr. Manoj Chaurashia .Students of class VIII, IX, X of Mananva Bharati India International School along with five students from Govt Co Ed Sec School Near Town Hall Chandni Chowk and a teacher attended that workshop as a part of Hubs of learning of CBSE. The following objects were discussed and demonstrated:
Importance of basic life support
Training of basic life support technique
Different queries of the students were answered in the session. The session was very fruitful for the students and the teachers as they got a clear idea about the techniques of basic life support during emergency.
